First, check you are connected to the internet:

• “Menu" button on remote >Network>Network Settings

o This will automatically check if you are connected to the internet.

o If the screen says you are connected, no further steps are needed

o If the screen says you are not connected, you will need to connect to the internet

o Menu>Network>Open Network Settings

§ Select "Wired Connection"

§ Follow on-screen instructions if this does not connect.

§ You will need to check that the blue wire is connected into the back of

the TV & the router in your BOH.

§ If issue persists, please contact Kelsey.

If you are connected to the internet, but the content is still not playing, you will need to make

sure that your TV is on the correct channel:

• “Source" button on remote>URL Launcher

• Content should then start playing momentarily.

• Contact Kelsey if issue persists.
